Very fun atmosphere! The decor and outdoor seating are an added bonus. Everyone was very friendly and the coffee was great!! Awesome selection of whole beans and other products. Good parking and a drive through.

A sweet little spot in Mount Vernon, a minute from I-44 with outstanding coffee in a welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and a drive-through. Very kind, helpful, friendly staff who offer recommendations from their menu with a wide variety of drinks and food items (see menu pics). Nice atmosphere for a meeting with friends, business or just enjoying personal time to think, journal or read. A small shop inside with shirts & various items. Keen Bean offers wall space to promote local artists / paintings, also for sale. Was happy to see them supporting another great local business, Elder Farms / Noble Berry, with Keen Bean selling organic elderberry products grown & packaged right in the Mount Vernon countryside. Solid coffee selections to drink, or buy & brew at home. Keen Bean is a great spot in Mount Vernon.

We were visiting family in the area and had to find some local caffeine and this spot is absolutely perfect! Their coffee is delicious and they had a wide variety of choices. The girl who took our order was so helpful and had great suggestions. Loved the space and atmosphere and they have an amazing little gift shop with local creations that were too cute! 100% will return next time we’re in town.

Fantastic Coffee. I had my usual iced mocha. Keen Bean’s mocha was excellent. Prominent coffee flavor at the beginning of the drink that was not overwhelmed by the chocolate or over diluted by the milk. The flavor lasted until the last sip. My expectation for a perfect Iced Mocha. Neatly decorated little shop, friendly fast service at the bar. Comfortable seating. Take either Mt Vernon exit, the shop is easy access on the north side of the I-44 Business loop! Drive thru service.

Adorable coffee shop that was my wakeup "office" for the morning, arriving at around 6:30 and not leaving until nearly 9:00. Two great cups of drip coffee got me going and I enjoyed powering my laptop and phone while writing a few Yelp reviews. This is larger on the inside than it looks with several different spaces and chair setups throughout. I found a comfy table in one of the back areas where I could still see to the register but it was quiet. A steady flow of customers coming and going. And I can see why. This is a neat little space!

I come here daily, sometimes twice a day when I am working nearby because I love it so much! The coffee is great and the food is great but but the outstanding part is the service and the atmosphere! You can see the passion behind this business. The workers are enthusiastic and caring, sometimes even seen with a sleeping newborn straped to their chest . The building is so cozy, transformed from a car wash and done so artistically. If you want a mood boost and to be surrounded with good vibes, I definitely suggest stopping in! My favorites: Cupcake latte Chocolate chip cookies (FRESH!) Spring Chicken Stuffer Sandwich Cold brew from the fridge Cinnamon scone

This coffee shop is a true gem and sets the standard for what other coffee shops could be if they had the heart, art and vibes this place has. The coffee is exceptional, and the baristas skilled and just so friendly. The folks here offer a wide range of options, including delicious vegan drinks and snacks. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming for both employees and customers. Regardless of which one you might be, they seem to treat everyone like family (Thank you Tracy for taking care of my aunt Janet). There are plenty of cozy spots both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done with their reliable WiFi. Wish there were more locations like this in TX but little treasures like this are their own unique thing and can’t be duplicated. Highly recommended!

Cappuccino was HOT- in a good way- not sue McDonald’s kinda way. I never get better than *sort of* hot with cappuccinos. Hats off to the barista!
